- Timely Payments: Fees must be paid on time each term. Failure to do so may result in your child’s place being withdrawn.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Regular attendance and timely drop-off and collection are essential. Please inform the administration in advance of any absences or late arrivals.
- Uniform Policy: All students must attend in full uniform. Boys must wear a thobe or jubba. Girls must wear an abaya with a headscarf. This promotes discipline and unity.
- Parental Support: Parents are expected to support their child’s learning by reviewing lessons, ensuring homework is completed, and maintaining communication with teachers.
- Safeguarding and Supervision: Students are not permitted to leave the premises without prior written or verbal parental consent. This is in line with our safeguarding policies.

- Behaviour and Conduct: All students must display respectful and Islamic behaviour at all times. Bullying, disrespect, or inappropriate conduct will result in disciplinary action, which may include suspension or removal from the Madrasa.
