Rules and Expectations
  1. Fees: Fees must be paid on time at the beginning of each term. Late or missed payments may result in temporary suspension of attendance. If you experience financial difficulty, please contact the admin team in advance.
  2. Attendance & Punctuality: Regular attendance and punctuality are essential. Persistent lateness or absence without valid reason disrupts learning and may lead to detentions or further action. Parents must message the Madrasa number via WhatsApp to report any authorised absence or lateness in advance.
  3. Uniform: Students must attend in full Madrasa uniform at all times.
    • Boys: Thobe/Jubba and Hat
    • Girls: Abaya and Headscarf (Hijab)
    Uniforms should be clean, modest, and presentable at all times.
  4. Parental Support: Parents are expected to support their child’s learning by ensuring homework is completed, lessons are revised, and good Islamic manners (adab) are encouraged at home.
  5. Safeguarding: Students will not be permitted to leave the premises without prior parental consent. Any changes to emergency contacts or medical details must be communicated promptly to the administration.
  6. Mobile Devices: Mobile phones and other electronic devices are not allowed during class hours. Any devices brought in may be confiscated and returned at the discretion of the management team.
  7. Behaviour and Manners: All students must display good Islamic character and respect towards teachers, fellow students, and the Masjid environment at all times.
  8. Health & Safety: Parents must inform the administration of any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns that may affect their child’s participation or wellbeing.
  9. Collection & Dismissal: Students must be collected promptly at the end of each session unless prior written permission has been granted for them to leave unaccompanied. Consistent late collection will be followed up with parents.
